I contacted AT & T to dispute a previous bill from when I had combined billing. I had to go through 4 individuals and spent 1 hour 23 min & 48 seconds on the phone to request duplicate statements of previous bills. When I split from the combined bill (mobile & house) I was charged twice for my mobile service on the final month. This was after 6 months of billing mistakes due to a "glitch" as they described it. It happened every month until I separated the accounts. I Finally cancelled & moved to comcast! Here it is 1 year & 9 months later and the issue is still not resolved! 129c9f9
