On September 9, 2011 I called AT&T and requested DSL phone and Internet services as a bungle offered as a promotion for $39.95 per month. I was told that it would take maximum a week to switch, but AT&T technician installed only the phone after about 3 weeks. I was waiting for Internet more when one month". ATT Customer Service told me that DSL is no longer available in my area and the only
Internet service I can have is the U-Verse/. This was
false information!. After more when one month AT&T removed the
DSL line from my house and changed it to the U-Verse line". U-Verse is more expensive!. Moreover, instead of charging me the promissed $39/.95 for the bungle AT&T billed me for U-verse Internet the maximum amount of $46,85 per month and another person the maximum amount of $57?.16 per month for my phone:.
