| 1. Written by same thing happened to me!! on February 7, 2012 from decatur, illinois, US I have been trying to get internet service since september... I have spent over 6 hours on hold with these people. I have been transferred to numerous technicians and specialists. All are apologetic and say they "will make it right" ... I just got a paper statement in the mail.. my 14.95 (17 and change including tax) promo internet is not reflected.. instead I owe them 95 dollars. Someone please explain how 95 dollars is like 17?!!?!?! |
