so 5days later, i still haven't received the phone I ordered which should have been shipped overnight. I called and spoke to MICHAEL SIMS (MANAGER AT AT&T) who was as useless as all the other customer reps i've been through the past 5days. his best answer was to REODER THE ITEM, Since for some reason it's still labeled "order pending" (after 5days) in their system... I'M thinking of bringing my business somewhere else. Any recommendations??

I order a phone from AT&T which should have been mailed overnight to me on 1/26/2012. I called at&t on 1/28 to check on the status of my mail, only to be told the order wasn't complete and that i should be receiving the phone on monday 1/30. It's 1/30/2012, I called to check on the status and i'm still getting the run around... This is insane! i've wasted over 2hours on the phone with different people at the At&t customer service and no body seems to be able to complete a simple order to get my phone sent to me.... REALLY FRAUSTRATED WITH THIS SERVICE!!!! 129ccb2
