I called at&t to inquire about uverse internet service. They asked for a credit card so I went and bought a visa gift card for the $100.00 they asked for. After calling them back and giving them the gift card they told me it didn't go thought, that it had to be a card that they could do auto pay with. I told them to forget it, I wanted to cancel the order. That was on Feb. 2, 2012, at aprox. 4 PM. At 1:30 AM on Feb 3, the $100.00 was taken from the gift card by at&t. I was lied to about it not going through. I called at&t back, and the money had not been credited back to the card yet. The whole thing sounds like a scam to me! And, to make matters worse, now I have to wait up to 3 days before the funds are returned to the card! 129cd06
