I have tried numerous times to make payment arrangements that I can afford. AT&T demands that the monthly amount be paid plus an additional amount toward the balance due divided into NOT MORE THAN FOUR PAYMENTS. I am unemployed and on a limited fixed income. When I tried to explain that I needed the payments be temporarily spread out more so that I could afford them, until I began collecting disability, at which time I would either pay the account in full or make new arrangements according to their demands. Instead, first each month AT&T demanded an ever increasing amount of money ant turn off my service exactly 29 days after each payment. The payment demands became so high that I overdrafted my account and AT&T still refused and is currently refusing to make reasonable payment arrangementys. Instead they have turned off my service, because their last demand was too high, and began demanding that I personally go through the trouble of disconnecting equipment their own people installed and trot it to some shipping company of THEIR CHOOSING! They are still charging me for services I can no longer use and their only concerns have been either paying them currently $1,200, assisting them by using my time and gas to hand deliver their cheap equipment or they are sending my account to collections! 129cdf7
