Crappy customer service. Signed me up for internet service nine days ago, but when i recieved my equiptment in the mail I called the support squad for installation assitance only to find out that they never activated the service on the activation date. Then when I tried to call them of course the office was closed. So the next day when I trie to cancel service (mind you that was never activated), I get put on hold for hours!! They make it so easy for them to take your money and sign you up, but so hard to cancel. Very unhappy. 129cffd
