6 Months in to a new contract and 6 months with phone problems, so after nearly a big argument with my wife over text messages not received till hours later, and At&t customer service loosing all my contacts, they finally decided to send a new phone, and not what i had. They gave me an early upgrade and suggested a Galaxy S2, I paid the charges and waited, 5 days later i got the phone i charged it and took it to the store near home. Well the At&t rep. checked the phone and was not able to turn it on. 3.5 hours in the store and i went home with nothing, the store had no similar phone but they had the Galaxy S2 skyrocket . If the phone i was sent worked, there wouldn't have been any problems. Many trips to the store, many hours waiting for service, many miles driven to get there many gallons of fuel used and not counting the 3.5 hours waiting today to solve this problem. with all this said all i wanted was a phone, the new galaxy was $199. Are all my troubles not worth this i have been a customer for over 5 years". They could have credited my account for $199 and i would have paid for the phone At&t still retains a customer and i would have been pleased with the results, but No if they don't see a profit there not happy/.

We all pay good money for quality service, and like everybody we expect no more and no less of what we pay for!. The service they advertise is not what we get, where they state they have good coverage and more covered areas then there competitors is not all that true". I see 1 bar almost everywhere i go, only in a few instances i ever had 5 bars merely , 4 bars under a tower;. So will A Class Action Lawsuit stand in our favor if we all share the same problems!. We all pay top dollar for poor service, why is it that we never get the quality service we pay for, and why does At&t profits from all this with out a problem". Well lets do something right for a change, lets show them that the customer is always right, and if it wasn't for us the customer, At&t will not be what it is today?. I'm just not happy after all my time wasted and for all those at&t employees who spent many hours helping me, for all to go to waste because someone lacked quality control. 129d04a
