AT&T Telephone & DSL Service is bad!

ATT complaint by TexasConsumer

I changed my internet provider to AT&T. I have had nothing but problems. They offered help if I agreed to PAY for ATT Help Plus and those guys actually made my computer crash by deleting programs that I needed. I paid $139.00 for their Help Plus program and ended up having to have another computer service come to my house to fix it...to the tune of $260. If you get AT&T DSL, Beware. Their tech support people were not real computer savy people and created major problems for me. If I had known I would never choose ATT!!!! Sorry AT&T...Your customer service stinks....and that is important to your consumers.
