I was surprised when I saw that I have to pay $41.35 for my U-verse internet service this month whereas my plan was supposed to be $32.35 (Elite) per month. When I checked my billing history online, my plan was changed from Elite to Max. So I called AT&T customer service and the representative told me someone by the name "Laquita" called on January 5th and made that change, which is not possible because I live by myself, nobody knew my password and passcode, and I do not even know who the heck is Laquita. On top of that, the rep told me that the 12 months promotional program was stopped last month which is so ridiculous because that promotional program is supposed to end on November 2012! If i were to change back to Elite, I will have to pay $45 (without the promotional program). WHAT THE HECK AT&T?! Can you please stop generating problems for me?! This wasn't the first time you guys messed up! I've had enough! Terrible company 129d0bc
