Got sucked into a 2 year committment with this box which I bought through Best Buy to get a rebate on my new laptop. Worked for about a month and then I've had trouble with it ever since. I use to have to RESTORE my laptop several times a week just to get it to work. Works about 25% of the time despite my best efforts diagnosing the problem. Manufacturer put the wrong user login and ID on the box so no one else in my household can login. Just switched to land line! Not worth it if you are using it for home use! 129d197
