I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and after numerous calls, e-mails, and complaints to AT&T Wireless and their tech support, their poor 3G service continues. Everyday, I get a bunch of dropped calls, poor voice quality where there is crackling and interference in every call, picture and text messages that rarely ever come through, poor reception, and slow internet. Also, many times, when someone calls, my phone won't even ring. Their service is terrible beyond belief. I would recommend going with Verizon if you live in Ohio because their coverage and service is so much better. Not only this, but they have a lot of hidden charges on their bills. They are worse than any other provider and they refuse to fix any of their known network issues. 129d1e1
