They are awful. I have the 3G iphone and live in Cincinnati, Ohio. Between dropped calls, poor voice quality, missed calls, not getting text/voice messages, poor reception, and slow internet, I have nothing good to say about AT&T Wireless. I have made multiple calls and complaints to the tech support and customer support department and nothing is ever done to fix the problems. So, when my contract is over, I'm so switching to Verizon Wireless. Their coverage and service is so much better in the Southwest Ohio area. I'm hearing that the AT&T 4G network is even worse, if you can imagine that. 129d21a
