I asked for a supervisor to call me back when I tried to consolidate my billing, that was on April 10
customer service said that would happen in 2 days.
Today is April 21 and I have not had a phone call.
They also stp direct pymts when you move & assume you would know this (we didn't till we
received a disconnect notice) Since the move was from Reno to Sparks changed the land line number and was never told about it.
ATT cells may have better coverage but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.AHHHH
