ATT complaint by Madducky

I have just been on the phone with at&t trying to get my rebate on modem and so far all I have gotten is one big run around. It would seem that they really don't want you to have the rebate. Big Joke!!! I was thinking about switching to my tv service from att but now I think that I will stay with Time Warner. I only wish that I had known about this crap before I chose att for high speed internet service. Dummy me, I even choose their best service and this is how they treat me.
