ATT-won't adjust disconnect fee, sign us for not requested internet

It would take pages to tell what ATT has put us thru & it is not over yet.We thought had international calling,got huge bill for $450+, tried to arrg payments for 1 mo, NO: I am handicap, still disconnect (against law)still going to chrg for internet-my husband's biz, but stilldisconnect it!So, can'd them, then got bill plus next mo basic chrg Said would credit acc't for it but didn't--not the basic chrg,thou.Plus, appears they auto withdrew from our bank acc't.Then, w/out our permission, signed us up for internet service two days later we refused to pay-2 mo later on this internet had a collect co, CCA, call & harass our family friends for service we didn't sign for.Still NO resolution. Have spent HOURs upon HOURs w/reps.
