IDIOTS - Replacing my Mother's business line with a residential line. WAY TOO MUCH INFORMATION, WAY TOO LARGE A TASK FOR AT&T. When ever possible I will resort to Morris Code rather than to give AT&T my business. How much time did I spend jumping from one department to another, left on eternal hold, listening to that automated freak asking 101 questions, more than I care to calculate.
