In June of 2008, I ordered DSL Direct from AT & T. The Self-Installation did not work, as it was learned months later that a concern outside of the residence was the real issue. I technically received
Internet service on 09/20/08, when a Tech came to my residence to repair the problem. The Service worked for two days. On 09/27/08, another Tech came to repair the same problem . I have had uninterrupted DSL Direct approximately three weeks but have been charged for service and equipment since June. I have spoken with twelve representatives over this same concern and as of 10/15/08, still no resolution. AT & T has broken promises, dishonored commitments, and has caused me to lose
faith in its people and the company all together. I have come to tears over the bad service I have received due to this one concern.
