ATT complaint by Quinten Hanson
I had wireless service with at&t and I was in the Military. The reason I had chose to get a plan with at&t is because they had a military plan that if you were sent overseas that they would shut your phone off until you get back and you would not be charged. So I call up there super lame service reps and tell them I am being deployed and I need my phone shut off until I get back from Iraq. She said know problem, well apparently they never shut it off. So I tell them to turn it back on and they say well we cant I ask them why they say we don't know at this time this is in person mind you at the store I had got the plan from he all of a sudden says that I have bad credit and can not get the phone turned on and I am like what the ***. So I call them on the phone and there like well we don't know you owe us for seven months of service and my phone was packed away in a box in storage hmmm at this point I am ready to go kick the guys *** at the store I had got the plan from just because he works for the place. Horrible service I will never ever pay that bill I refuse. So thanks at&t for ruining my credit score
