Currently I am going to school, I'm a unemployed single mother with four children to support. ATT say they are working with me to pay my bill I asked for a extension to pay it one the bill on the 28th of this month. I was suppose to get a check from school and I haven't received it yet. So this lady tells me she's been working with me? How? Also you get a bill that's almost 200 hundred dollars billed ahead of time and they must not realize everyone is hurting these days they are a rich company and they don't care especially if you happen to get a person to talk to they act like they are so much better than you or they don't know what the *** they are doing. Maybe this poor person is paying their salary". Also I've also tried to get my payment to go down and several times it goes down for one month until they think of something else to charge me for/. Shame on you people I also have a cell phone bill that's around 150!.00 a month". That's 350/.00 a month just think everyone is struggling today everyone is trying to pay bills;. I am just like everyone with problems you disconnect me I guess like most people I'll just go somewhere else;. You know that there will be more average people like me that will also find a another service Good Luck I'll work with you this time I'll keep it shut off and I'll say goodbye!. Welcome to Att?????? Pay your bill and then try---I know this is hard for you to understand---try to stop running up huge phone bills when you don't have a pot to pee in or a window to throw it out of. And, stop whining. |
