There is no doubt in my mind that AT&T deserves their 1/30/12 rating by Wall St. 24/7 as one of the 10 most hated companies in the US. Personally, I think they are coached to be liars. They hate their customers and apparently the leadership is still stuck in the monopoly mindset of the 60's. They outright SUCK.

It took many years of battling over inconsistent billing and lousy return attitudes to get rid of their phone service, but it felt good to kick them out of my house.

I am just one more service away from being free from their ugly, evil behavior.
