The quality of their service is dropping. Conversely, the cost of their service is going up. My connection is CONSTANTLY just dropping out, then takes two to three minutes to reconnect. And as short as another five minutes, it drops out again for two to three minutes....

I think ATT trains their people to lie. How else could they be as completely incompetent as they are?

This is one of the worst corporations hands down. If we had a better government...they would shut this joke of a telecom company down.

At&T has the worst coverage and even worse is their terrible customer service! They entered me into a contract months ago I never aythorized. They said they sent me a device but never show that I have used it and I never asked for it or saw it. They offer no remedy or remorse. Do not use them, I’ll be switching to Verizon. I have 5 lines with them so I willi be switching to another service soon. Verizon seems to be the only service that cares so I’l be swoff

Early in 2019 heard news report At&T had substantial loss of customers, poor service! My TV froze every few seconds literally!

Had nerve send message via TV screen telling me "how to fix problem" w/an apology! Watch 30 min show, take 90+ min if count interruption freeze time! I don't work for them, no desire be a ATT tech service employee!

In collection, vigorously will dispute this collection termination charge, dropped service within 1 month or shortly after. Sorry but cable news, TCM TV is my company, not Facebook,etc etc

I was told my Verizon contract would be paid off. Got NO help from local AT&T store since I purchased my phones direct over the phone and not through them. I am now stuck with Verizon threats to be turned into the credit bureau and I have a $1,200.00 bill that I AM RESPONSIBLE for paying now. AT&T cell phone service is horrible too.
