Horrible and nightmare experience with AT&T customer care and service. I lost my device and suspended the service. AT&T put another mobile device that was once active on that account service into black list and when I called to the customer service, they said "we apoligize, we will check the issue and fix it". Never, they resolved the problem and I am waiting from last 24 hours with the lost phone and disconnected mobile with another phone... Read more

My mom bought an Att phone and the salesperson took a picture of her check to submit payment by e-check as mom doesn't like to use her credit card. The check got declined because the salesperson did not get the routing information on the photo. So my account was charged for the bill. The ATT lady politely fixed the problem and even deleted the $5 'late' fee. However, as a thank you she 'gave' me 2 tablets at 'no charge'. What the heck? I didn't... Read more

I am so very disgusted with AT&T deceptive policies. I've been with them since they took over the Cingular cell company and have experienced trickery, overcharging that could not be explained (sometimes corrected) after being transfer to repeat your issue 5 or 6 times, insurance run around after paying for the coverage and am stuck with them after being told I ordered $500.00 phones at $15.00 a month. On 12/21/16, I noticed our Business account was a large amount being drafted out of our account. I called to asked what this was for and over a period of 1.5 hours, the CS lady said it looks like this is a mistake and it's over $500.00{702.00} and she cannot credit me until Corporate reviews!!! I have been having issues for the past 2 months and NO ONE can help me. On the contrary I keep getting the run around from the Reps not to mention how RUDE they are. I cannot access just NORMAL email from home. I am not even asking for gaming access. SIMPLE access to email and the horrible service Uverse I have can't even do that for me. I have been an AT&T customer for a few years now, and honestly have not had any issues with the company until recently. We were always capable of getting answers or solutions without hassle and if we had any billing questions or wanted to make changes to our account, it never seemed to be an issue. I have a Lumia 950XL dual sim phone (unlocked, USA) with one personal AT&T sim and one work provided AT&T sim. Up until today the phone has worked with both sims. I could receive texts or phone calls through either number without having to do anything. I've been to the Simi Valley Store at least 5x or more. The customer service agents had horrible knowledge when you had a question on your phone or tablet. I am so pissed off with the loss of my favorite channel ABC OR LOCAL CHANNEL 9 as that is all we watch. It has all the best shows. IT appears a sneak attack from you has occurred because most people have been away or traveling the last 2 weeks because of the long holiday period with Christmas and New Years.I beg you to return the viewing for channel 9, local out of Charlotte, to our Uverse service or I will have to change tv service for sure!!!!... Terrible customer service on hold 15 mins just to ask simple question I pay over 200.00 a month time to go to someone who values my time finally got a rep alls I needed is to get user if for on line app on hold 10 mins more finally hung up
