I have been trying to get ATT to help me with a problem since.DECEMBER. i filed an insurancr claim with *** asurion,.they semt me a refurbished *** *** phone that doesnt work properly. They wont give me a new phone and ATT wont upgrade UNLESS i pay off the *** non working phone. Seriously. Guess im going elsewhere. ATT SUCKS.....
