Most of our problems are fixed but we still do not have Caller ID installed as far as we can tell and our 800 number has been hijacked - AT&T is not responsible for the 800 number problem apparently. They have made all but one of the changed we sought.

We moved to a new home four blocks where we had lived for 20 years and had two phone numbers at our former residence. It took over two weeks for AT&T to send a technician to get our phone numbers transferred to our new home located in Pine Mountain Club, CA 93222. The technician made a mistake and assigned a number to us. We did not ask for or want this number. We called and the technician came back and transferred our former numbers to this residence. I have called AT&T three times about stop charging us for this unordered number. We do not use that number – we have given it to anyone. But AT&T won’t stop billing us for it.
