ATT - Increase in charges

On the phone for close to 2 hours, spoke to 3 people concerning $66+ increase over last months bill. All due to promotion expiration and since they bill month in advance only offer $15 credit. Repeatedly stated but you're a loyal customer but defintely didn't make a difference. So i terminated my service but credit isn't pro-rated so still have to pay for service! Very sad they'd rather lose customer than assist in helping people stay within a budget.Too bad i couldn't charge them back for my On-hold time, that would have reduced my bill greatly!

ATT - Constant Network issues and bad indoor coverage

I have nothing good to say about AT&T Wireless and their service. From the foreign customer service to the network service itself. Nothing with them is good or high quality. If you have one of their MVNO's, they are even worse. I have had problems for a long time with their reception. Even in high population areas. I agree with their other reviewers who say they have problems with their signal. Their data is slow and call quality is awful. You always have a hard time hearing the other party. Text messages don't always go through or are very slow sending or receiving. Go with Verizon, their service is so much better and so is their coverage. AT&T needs to improve on their inside coverage inside of buildings and garages.

i cancelled my account with them then i get a bill for $200+. Now how can that be? i'm not using their service next month so they can't bill me for that and i paid off my last bill, so wtf is the $200 for? Now my acct is with a collector. Uverse tells me that they are in a contract dispute over money, Fox wants more MONEY...all the while holding customers hostage by not sending channel to cable companies, such as dish, uverse, Mediacom etc. If this dispute is not fixed soon I for one, plus many many more will never turn to fox again. I'm thinking seriously about going to an HD antenna I'm tired of this crap !
