Been with them for two years it has been the worst company ever .1st year was ok but they added a lot more money on my bill without my knowledge in 2mos my bill was 400 and was paying 125 monthly | ATT review

So they had me paying for movie channels that I didn't authorize. distraught I notified them about my service they told me they would work with me. They assure me if I would drop my bill down I had to cut my phone service which I had for 35 years. Now they tell me my bill will be 70 a month never happen. So they sent me another bill saying Ill be paying 133 a month .This company is very business

Bad customer service! | ATT review

AT&T has charged my account over $6000 for devices I did not order, authorize, or receive! I have suspended the devises but until I pay them off, AT&T is also charging me for their multiple lines. I have been on the phone for hours and hours and talked to folks at our AT&T store for over a year with no resolution! I have been passed from one representative to the next with promise of help, but there has been no help. I am a senior on a fixed income and AT&T is ripping me off!

Non existent | ATT review

Tomorrow I’ll be calling the Michigan Better Business bureau on AT&T. I had a verbal contract with them to pay only 20 dollars for internet with my tv package for a one year contract and a couple weeks later they hiked my internet to 30 dollars! I have a feeling that if I decided to break our contract they would still expect the fee associated with that!! So why can they break the agreement? Phone calls not going through even having service. | ATT review

Details
When try to make phones calls it tells me i need to make a payment even when had my mom pay for the service not too long ago. They told me they are sorry for the inconvenience. I decided to leave this phone provider because of this. Sad will be continuing with my previous provider.

I am having one *** of a time getting credit back from the phones I returned.. I never activated them, sent them back in 3 days unblemished..I have home service with them.. they charged me for phones .. no credits returned.. now they have suspended home service. I have spoken with agents (by the way are very good) but t..I have other issues that I would rather not air on here... I full intend to go to better business bureau... I am 69 years old.. not computer savvy... but I’m 69 and old enough to know I’ve been shanked... today is the last day I deal with AT&T directly

I totally agree with that. All their reward offers and trade in rebate takes hours and hours with jumping from one customer service number to another like a field hockey.

Unfortunately i have locked in but i wouldn't advise anyone. Also i am taking my story to media as this kind of company required a lesson to be learned.
