Unknown fees

I was charged 200 for a deductible that i was not aware i would have to pay. So when that happened i thought it was for the no return fee. Asurion did not tell me about the deductible. They said if i did not turn in the broken phone it would cost 250. Att charged 275. They said i could talk to collections. When they transferred me over, collections was closed. I had to look up the times of operations. So i have called back to let them know and of course i wont be able to talk to another representative. Att has always been the cell service that half way worked in my area. We have had tv and internet through them. The internet was horrible. Ugh att cares nothing about their customers

Billl. And last bill at that

I been with att for over 25 years and nobody was interested enough to help an old man of 73 years young get new service , cheaper service a new phone so I simple want to pay my last bill. I moved on to spectrum who was!!!!!

Lies and cheats

Att has made some serious mistakes. Led with false information. Lied about payment plan being in effect. Continued to use auto draft, after requested cancel of this feature. Taking money via auto draft and didn't apply to past due amount. Then cut off the phones. Causing me to lose tons of work. Leading someone on about their payment plans is just not cool. Been waiting for voice recorded records of the call on the day in question. Also waiting to see the typed notes on my account from the same day in question.

User's recommendation: Be careful and make sure they are telling the truth. Or giving accurate facts. It will hurt your account.

Sales calls

Tonight I was harassed by barely English speaking sales people from 1-80*-349-****. After the third call, which I again informed them I wasn't interest and was also on the Do Not Call list I hung up. It pissed me off for the lack of a better word, so I called them back. "Steve" if you believe that stated that there was no supervisor and then after asking for on a few more times he then stated that he was the supervisor. I told him that wasn't right after what he had been telling me. Something was said in a language I don't understand and he hung up. If this is how your subs and or employees act I want no part of any service you have to offer.

Complaint

Have called numourous times in regards to my moblie hotspot device called over 6 times in the past month still not resolved and mupltile charges on my account been on hold for nearly 5 hours today hung up on about 5 times today still not resolved

Bill wrong charge

I contacted few times to cancel the line. I was promised my issue was resolved in august. Still getting charged for September. After complaining they are canceling now. But not removing wrong charge made. Reason: because I can not check upon previous requests. Not willing to help.

Bill wrong charge

After complaining they are just made a cancellation, but I got charged for the month I never used and asked to cancel. They are not removing wrong charges made. Reason stating customer agent: because I can not check upon previous requests. Not willing to help.
