Fire your customer service rep. Useless and doesn't know what he is talking about, BUT more shocking is that he hung up on me. Unbelievable service ATT. Train your employees, be more selective and make sure you have high caliber talent.
How rude, you need a more structured and difficult hiring process because he sucked. Amazing and our business does so much business with you guys. Definitely considering to swap telecom services after this.
I have never had someone in a service position hang up when they started to feel the heat for service not being delivered. Please disrupt the telecom industry someone!
