I returned to AT&T an iPad Pro.The return was accepted by AT&T. After 4 months of talking with customer loyalty at AT&T to get the charges dropped, I just received a bill for the full amount. I was told that since I don't have the iPad, there would be no more charges. The charge is for $980. I don't have the equipment and I'm paying for it. Called ATT to change my number back to my old number. Called dozens of times spent 60 or so hours trying to get my old number back. Called Charter they have the number and att never called to get it. We would call att tell our story they would transfer us to the right people only to tell our story again and again be transferred again to the right people and be transferred again then hung up on. After a half dozen calls it became apparent these folks have no idea what customer service means. They could not verify my account by my phone number because they said they did not have it. However the folks who could not install the equipment because they did not how to to hook up the phone were able to call and verify the appointment. AT&T is the worst company to do business with of anything. They don't care about there customer. I had there service for about a year, and had issues here and there. I was offered a deal by another provider to switch service. I called up At&t just before my contract was up to see if they could match or improve on the other offer. Having multiple phones and an iPad you would think you could get a hotspot on your data ( not unlimited) regular data that you pay to have. AT&T just told me that's not possible. Really? I pay for the data. Shame in you and your money hungry business practices I think it's time I shop for another company Lisa Neal

I started wireless services and ordered phones over the phone. BIG mistake!! When I received the phones they were not even new phones. I was not happy with the product so I sent it back and cancelled services within a week. I still received a bill after cancellation. I pay $91-$95 per month for phone and internet service with no wireless hotspot. I am on vacation and paid $60 for an international package. I have 6 days to go and ended up using 297 MBA and then I shut off my internet. Now I have to keep my phone in airplane mode the rest of my vacation. When I first asked how long it would take to change over my phone to AT&T from another carrier I was told 10 minutes, so I agreed to do it. 4 days later I was able to use my phone. I could call out but not receive anything. Then they talked me into getting this tablet that can be used as a phone for only $0.99 and $10 a month. For the last 10 months I have been doubled billed by ATT for cable services, U verse as well as Direct TV. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone trying to get it fixed and have yet to talk to anyone that can or will fix this problem... I am over paying 72.00 a month!
