For past 10 years we've had what i consider deceptive billing. Our on line bills do not match paper bills, charges NOT what was promised per customer service. We call and try to speak to nonenglish speaking reps. Problems schuffled around but never resolved. I HATE AT&T!!!!!!

Our building went from Comcast to att, paying for a DVR but it doesn't record. Spent - 1 1/2 hrs on the phone only to get a technician out, yep he fixed it and that lasted 2 weeks, I am tied of plugging in and unplugging and rebooting and it still is not working, it's supposed to be a wire system. And now the screen freezes at random times. This has been the worst. choice for the TV
