Phone went out on Monday night, spent hours with machine pushing buttons, promised to have dial tone by Sunday night, repair man came about 3 pm Sunday said he could not fix it. We waited 6 days still no service: Must start over again on Monday with machine pushing 1 or 2 thru 10 and wait another week for service. Worst service company in Houston

I no longer can record or watch 4 hd channels at the same time. I have the larger advanced total home dvr and have been streaming 4 hd for the last 3 years. What happened. Now att says i only get 3 hd and 1 sd. My planhas not changed.

Told service person would be there between 8-12. No show called and they said they would be there next day. Again no show. This happened for 3 days. Now they tell me they don't know when they can fix my issue (no phone service or internet) it has been two weeks without it already. What the heck is going on????
