trying to cancel directv for nearly 3 months i'm not working right now injured can't pay the bill still billing me since i have no service since august epqipment is put in box waiting for return label talk to agent twice which charge $5 each time and it;s toll free WTF directv was real great until pos ATT took over *** service and people i think BBB will get involved

ATT review: Irritated Customer

Was told i would receive a $250 gift card when i signed up for att wireless. Never received an email confirming this. I called and after being on hold for an hour, i was told that i should receive an email in 3-5days. After 10 days, still no email. I found out i have to call to initiate the gift card process. On hold for 45min do far as i write this complaint. 1.why does it take so long for someone to answer the phone 2. Why do I have to chase ATT for something that they promised me? ATT customer service sucks and so does there service.

ATT sucks

I also dropped ATT cell service after being with them for years. They jacked price way to much. When ATT merged with direct tv I canceled right away. ATT is bad company.

ATT review: Direct TV rip off

Details
I cancelled my service and returned the equipment and it still said I owed 355.00. Then I talked to them and they were able to get rid of only 142.00. I said to them what about the other 200 and some thing. They tried saying I cancelled my service early and my contract was already up that is why I had to pay close to 100 a month. I was only paying 47 a month. I told them I didn't want the service no more since it is 100 a month. Soi anyway my service is cancelled but yet I still owe over 200. I told them oh helllllllllllllll nooooooooooooo. I also told them I will be cancelling my wireless with them too because they rip people off too much.

I shoudn't have to pay more then 200 for service when my contract was already done. There shouild not be a damn early termination fee when I have had the service for a year and that is why my monthly payment went up.

Do not sign up for AT&T Direct TV offer. I signed up at Puyallup fair and it turned to be the worst deal of my life.

There was fraud, misleading lying, communication problems. Do not fall for this scam like I did, you will be sorry.

ATT review: Unethical

Will never go back to AT&T for cell service! What a rip-off!!!!!! Illegally added insurance to my bill and didn't notice until a few months ago as it was on the last page of my.bill. Reported them to the FCC. Switched to Verizon and my bill is almost 50 percent less!!!!!!
