A Amazon employee needs to be look at or maybe fired

I have a family member whom has a significant other whom works for Amazon and he continues saying childish things about blaming them (my relative) for what happened to him at work and the Amazon employee told my relative that he did theft involving a tv without delivering it to the purchasing resident and said that it was delivered to the residency but instead they took it when leaving home after their shift ended they took it with them than they said that they were just joking around about it and I personally dont find that is something you seriously dont need to joke about its not very professional as an associating worker nor is it very adult like to make questioning choices for yourself and or your occupation. They work in California near riverside and they work for someone named Rafael

The Amazon employee needs help because its not right for them to blame my family member for what happened to him at work they need to blame themselves for whatever happened to them when they are at work I just dont want my family member to get blamed for something that happened to the Amazon employee because the Amazon employee dont Take responsibility for there own mistakes

Pole on my property is leaning

I have been dealing with problem for better than 3 years. The pole was leaning pulling on the electrical service.

During the first 6 months Entergy came out and gave slack 2 times and said thats all theycould do until Bellsouth changed the pole. After a year Bell aoyth came out installed another pole a year later thr other companies started transferring their lines. Bellsouth has yet to transfer theirs. Still waiting.

Called today and Bellsouth supposed to be here on Friday to transfer theirs to new pole. I have no idea when the old pole will be removed. I have been waiting over 3 years to replace my fence. They cut a section of it to install the new pole 2yrs ago and i did not install my new fence for fear they would cut it again to remove the old pole when alllines wewe removed.

The crew that installed the new pole said rhey would have to use same equipment to remove old pole. So now i wait again. There is also another new pole next the old one on the neighbors lot that has to be done all the same stuff but there has not been one thing done to complete the work on the other poles by anyone who has lines on those poles.. so not really happy with customer service.

2 poles behind my house there are other leaning poles with electrical service lines to houses where the line hangs low enough for kids can touch the wires with toys or when climbing on a jungle gym. That is totally appalling. MUCH WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD. wires spark during minor wind events such as light thunderstorms.

Not really happy about how this worked out so far. If i had waited and not followed up my electrical service would have probably been pulled off of my house causing damage and possibly a fire.

User's recommendation: Don't wait if you have problems and if you don't get results get a councilman or State Representative incolved. Do what you have to to protect your house and the neighborhood.

The buying process is a nightmare. They are quick to make the sale. Customer service is horrendous and rude. Billing is horrible, quick to charge, and slow to return credits. HORRIBLE! Online chat is a waste of time, and customer service will prevent customers from speaking with managers. Horrible.

Getting a runaround to release my number

I have been on the phone for two days now for 4 to 6 hours to get my phone number released back to a landline and no one has been able to help. Each time, I have talked to at least 4 to 8 people. This is awful and no consumer should go through what I have been through these two days.

A few months ago I went into an AT&T location to have my fiancée take over one of my lines that a friend was no longer using. All I had asked the salesman was could I upgrade this device and give it a number change He decided to do the complete opposite and ADDED A NEW LINE.

DIDNT say a word about what he did. My bill already had 5 lines, now I have 6 I call because for three months my bill is 350 dollars. First bill I think oh well we upgraded and the number change and I must have taken it off auto pay or maybe some promotion is done)

Second bill I think okay? Its never been this high before, maybe its because my fiancée and I have the new iPhones!

That must be it!

NOPE I have a 6th line that is just sitting in a drawer.

So I call AT&T and chatted and asked for the line to be dropped and explained and explained.

They ignore me, try to convince me to keep the 6th line open. Then once I tell them no they try to convince me to switch the line over to a new iPad or applewatch when I said no again we just kept going back and forth on what I wanted and what they wanted.

I finally snapped and just hung up, ended the chat, like how are you just going to say I am truly sorry this happened but then turn around and say we have a great deal for an IPad or an Apple Watch THIS is also after the fact I had requested this line to be shut off a month or two before my fiancée took the line and they argued back then so I just hung up

Scams.

No shame in their game. They will take your money and the in store people will do whatever for a commission.

Not surprising! We've experienced the 'disservice' of agents who claimed they were giving us a better deal on our packaged internet service and when we got the bill it was of course not as it had been explained to us and was very much higher.

Fortunately that was many years ago and when we were living elsewhere.

I believe that there probably is lots of pressure from corporate to find ways to charge customers more and to sell more services, but ultimately it rests with the individual employee and how trustworthy they are. By God's grace, I have also been well-served by some ATT reps, too and it is also by virtue of those people and their assistance that we are still ATT customers.

Continuous paper billing when asked not to due to danger, did you ***

Repeatedly, Ive asked AT&T not to send paper bills to my house. The reason I had set up a second phone line on my iPhone 14 Pro Max from a separate number account they have not listen to me at all and sent at least four bills by mail and most recently since I canceled the account a credit paper bill of $15 but no money Ive received emails for the exact same things are sending in the mail and thats fine but they were not supposed to send a paper bill to my house.

Ive asked them numerous times not to and they said they wouldnt. Ive been in the store. Ive called a customer care line several times about this, so I finally stopped using their service and paid them off. My safety was in jeopardy and Im a palled at the lack of communication and concern or care for their customers especially since I asked them numerous times not to send a paper anything to my house when I set up the line I specifically said only email billing do not send paper bills to my house.

What happened?

I got a bill so I called and asked him to not do that and I got another bill so I canceled my service and I got a fourth bill actually its supposed says I have a credit of $15 but I know $15 so why bother saying that to my house when you already emailed it when I said not to send anything to my House , thats ridiculous. My safety was on the line and they dont even care theres a thing called where you can see your mail ahead of time on your email so thats another issue for another day so basically they didnt listen

Confused

Added five lines without my knowledge when I only have to lines! Gave me a phone with hotspot that doesnt even work! Have to use MY Phone for the hotspot so I dont need the other phone!
