I was charged $69.71 on my bank account. I have never had a go phone. I have never had any kind of prepaid cellphone service. This company is some sort of scam. AT & T likes to use third party vendors to scam their customers and then act like they no nothing about it. I was ripped off by them for Direct TV. I would never ever use AT & T for any service.

Reward card never received. Been on the phone for several hours, have talked to 3 different people who promised to get me to the correct place to get this taken care of. The first person hung up on me. The second said they would take my number and call me back. They did not call. What a scam. I am a retiree and I am so discussed with a company I gave 33 years to.

I called to discuss my bill and got some offshore place. These places don't understand me nor I them. I asked for an American and was told they can't transfer me. If you are going to do business in America, then have American agents ready to help when requested. I will be cancelling my Direct TV in the very near future because I can't get an American.

Details
I have called several times to get help for getting my fiber cable properly buried and secured. The work has still not been completed properly. Today I called and was on wait for about 50 minutes and then the next message was that the office is closed and call tomorrow. When you log on securely to the website, there is no way to send an email to customer support The Chat functionality is awful.

File a complaint with the FCC. I was a customer for more than 20 years (cell & Directv) and cancelled both services not being told I would be billed for the entire month.

I filed a complaint and ATT called me immediately to discuss.

I am getting a refund for both. You can't charge someone for a service you are not providing...that should be illegal!
