Dear Kevin and Peggy, The left hand at AT&T doesn't know what the right hand is doing! For months now, AT&T has been sending me confirmation emails every time you pay your bill and when you change your password. I've asked AT&T to stop sending me emails with the last four digits of your VISA credit card number and your truncated AT&T account number, but AT&T insists they can't find your data without more info from me. I've even given the AT&T rep the confirmation number that is included with each of the emails I receive for you, but alas, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at AT&T. Perhaps, you, a friend, or a family member will read this post and you'll become aware that you need to update your email address because all your AT&T confirmation emails are coming to me! Don't you find it odd every time you contact AT&T that you don't receive a confirmation email from AT&T? I'm including several screen captures that document this problem. At this point, I don't know if you gave AT&T the wrong email address or if the AT&T representative made a mistake entering your email address into their records. Regardless, please ensure that the email address you have registered with AT&T is correct and then ask AT&T to remove all other email addresses that AT&T thinks are associated with your account. I've had my current email address for several years now and changing it would be too disruptive. I get enough junk email as it is . . . I don't want to receive your email too! ATT - 0 bars staring into Silicon Valley

3rd floor standing at glass window staring up University Blvd into Palo Alto. 0 bars in Silicon Valley. Is that crap or what? Support suggested I get new sim card but my building is filled with people having no signal in most of the building. Even at the window. So I doubt if it is my sim card. We've created an internal support ticket and many people are adding +1 for the same issue. On the East Palo Alto side of the building I can see a cell tower near by just down the road. From there I get only 1 bar. If I could plug my cell phone into that tower I wonder if it might go up to 2 bars???

We hooked up with Att Direct TV Bundle Package dill. They told us how much better they where than our current service. Not only they gave us a lot of problems, I had to hook up my own stuff and then AT&T over charged us way more than we was told. And when I would call to try and get it fixed they could not help me. They couldn't find my account, or they transferred me to another person. One lady hung-up on me. Or they would give me another number to call. In 2 mounts I bit I was on the phone for at least 8 to 10 hrs. with customer serv. people. I no longer have there services. the worst par is, its not over. I'm not paying for the extra money they trying to charge me for. So now they throw in collections. Then the fight will be on...

The odds are that when you fail to pay the amount they say you owe, they will quickly just turn it over to collections and then you will get calls and letters from some collection agency demanding the money. I wouldn't suggest you "pay it just to make it go away" as you should never pay for something you don't owe. Any "hit" on your credit is minimal.

i took my family to att on 91 boston post rd westnhaven/orange ct today. was so pissed at the way my family was handled. my sister ordered a phone online and selected to pick up phone in store which left the sale in pending status. first of all he told her to go home to get the order number because she was unable to find it. luckily I was there and realized that her confirmation more than likely went to spam folder so I found went back in store this salesman was so greedy for the sale he made up an excuse that the order didn't completely finish (which it didn't because it was suppose to be completed in store. I knew he was SCHEMING because he kept going back in forth to the manager took 3hrs to process this order he tried to play her by telling her he was going to waive the 300.oo down payment got her all excited then came back and said (after talking to the manger again) that she needed to pay 30% of the cost of phoneplus sales tax that was the same price she had to make from purchasing the phone online he saw how naïve she was and how excited she was to get the phone and I feel like he took advantage of her HIT HER CREDIT REPORT AGAIN AFTER YOU GUYS HAD ALREADY DONE SO WITH THE ONLINE ORDER. I asked him does he get commission (which I already knew because ii do commission base work too) and tried to say everything bit what I asked him. I feel like they him and his manager took advantage of her wasted valuable time and lied to us by saying the order had to be cancelled because he wanted the SELL! so sad what gullible consumers have to suffer through for the almighty dollar. he cancelled that order that didn't even need to be cancelled he also knew that they didn't take the money because the order was to be completed at time of pick up. teach your sales people some morals and stop victimizing US FOR A SALE!

I’ve been with AT&T way before it was AT&T, it was Houston cellular when I purchased a cell phon for the 1st time and that service has gone down hill ever since AT&T bought out Houston cellular. The cell phone signal / reception is horrible in Texas especially Katy Texas, and Phoenix Arizona. Not only bad service now they’re making their customer pay inflated prices for a new phone when they are eligible for an upgrade but you can’t even buy the phone straight up now you can only buy a new phone on monthly installment plan! This is absolutely ridiculous! Being a loyal customer for many many years means absolutely NOTHING to AT&T! This is very sad how extremely greedy AT&T has become.

AT&T keeps upping my rates 'by mistake' even while I am locked in to a contract with supposedly fixed rates. Even when I cancel and pay a $150 cancellation fee, they keep billing me for internet on AT&T Uverse. When I try to retroactively cancel the other part of the same account and not be charged for an additional 7 weeks, I am told it is my responsibility to cancel each separate part of my account and I have to pay for all the services since my supposed disconnect date!! I am disputing with my credit card provider. AT&T are crooks!!

Woodlands Blvd Flagstaff AZ " Avoid" Customer service "Straight out of 6th grade" Paid cash 46.52 at 5:27pm for prepaid account that is attached to our buy 1 get ripped off 700 phones acct.Anyways no immediate payment notice like usually does.Call store told I have to go down to lookup (at dinner time no less)7:30 closes 30 minute so i race over only to be told i am going to have to leave with no receipt or confirmation account received money.I said B.S ill call the cops myself if u cant answer my ? when i paid cash and and they accepted w/o account holder present and tell me account holder is the only one she can answer to .No no no As I raised my voice I said U are not going to rip me off and I will not leave w/o resolution or receipt ( and thats all I got)No answers

This not A Review this is A Pissed off Consumer!! This Company is Really Terrible with their Price Gauging they will continue to find fees to Charge you,I was with them Six and half years my bill started out at $50.00 two TVs as the months went by the fees came with what package you get etc. My bill went to $100-150 dollars, I did'nt have that kind of money to pay since Im a disabled Senior and get a check once a month anyway I tried to keep it going but do you know they found more fees,interest etc. So I have let it go I have other bills and a person have to eat ,Now they sent me a letter November 24 to send the equipment back the TV boxes etc. Then next day November 25 I got a Final bill for 750.00!!!#** I said they got to be Sick! to just do this I called them they said they were Charging for no return of equipment and early Cancellaton fee,I told them Im sending the equipment Back and how can I get a early cancellation fee When I been A Customer for Almost Seven years. So They said they will fix the Bill , Yes I know they will But If God my witness I will not Do Business with Them again Times are too Hard to Line AT&T and Direct TV Pockets. They can have This Company ,They should be made to pay All the Customers back fees. Etc.Oh well My House just got Quieter ,No TV watching for me .

Since U-verse serve came to the area , we have experienced frequent problems. Loss of signal, lost recording happening every 2-4 weeks. It has been a nightmare I must sadly admit, since we have thousands of shares of their soon to be bankrupt company. Call my broker , sell, sell, sell.
