Hold time is ridiculous, no crossed trained reps and having to be cold transfered to another department, no warm transfer leaving to customer to have constantly repeat thier issue. On the phone for 40min, including the 15min of hold time while being transfered

Airway robbers | ATT review

We have had ATT for over 30 years. We have Att cell phones, house phone, tv, internet, tablets, the works. Always with ATT, of course uverse came out, they want you to switch, we switched. Then ATT decides on Dish network, we switch. Then ATT decides on Direct TV we switch. Whatever they have recommended, were always first to sign up. After all ATT is a company you can depend on to treat their customers right. So we do it all the way ATT wants, what do we get as consumers, a skyrocketing bill. They even called and ask me if i wanted to switch from a regular land line to Voi I told them no I have some serious health issues, and need a dependable phone if power and cell service should go out and at around $29 a month its a good deal. They waited maybe a week, called my husband and told him I wanted to switch, now no dependable phone if power goes out, and $49 a month. Yeah they told my husband it would be cheaper. I agree we have a great cell plan, until they called my husband again and told him we had to switch to a NEW plan our old plan was phased out. No ATT we were granfathered in for a $4.99 plan to Unlimited Canada. The TV service has slowly increased from around $129 to a whopping $179. The internet we pay for a higher speed another $60+ per month, you cut speeds to 2 bps upload speeds, arent we paying for around 59bps so why the extra $30 per month, rip off. They were charging us $4.99 a month for equiptment, we own our equiptment. We call they remove the charge a few months later its back. We call they remove it promise it wont happen again. Again you notice 4-5 months later they are charging $4.99 equiptment fee you call, we can only remove this month. Whoa, you charged me for somethin I own and you wont remove charges. Finally they saybthe $4.99 is a outside the Home box fee, not maintaince but the equiotment they own on the outside of our home. So over the past 5-6 years they have charged $4.99 a month and refuse to remove the charges. This is theft by any way you look at it. And call, and every now and they I guess you get an honest person, they say its the inside equiptment and they remove oh yeah just that 1 month of $4.99 now be sure and add all the little fees and taxes on to that. Its about $85 a year but after 8+ years that really adds up. And the last one our bill jumps up and down 20-30$$ a month even though we have set fees for everything, no one knows why. And the final insult to injury, we are of course bundled all in one big $370 a month package. It would go down $50 a month the lady says if you sign a new 2 year contract. Were in our late 50's ATT weve been with you and no one else forever. Sign a new contract, you must be crazy, I am looking for new services with completely New service providers. Now I know why the 20-30 age group have streaming tv and no home phone. You have taken advantage of the very loyal customers you have had for years. Your bullying us right out the door and into the arms of better service providers. I promise to tell this story to everyone I know and post on every media site that I admin, that should cover about 30,000 hows that for customer service coverage. What do i want from you, an apology, return of years of $4.99 plus fees charges and return my service charges to the rates I signed with you with and not be charged $50 a month because i have been a customer for 30 years.

AT&T Switcher Program is not Legit | ATT review

I have been trying for 8 months to get my gift cards from AT&T using the Switcher Program. For the first 6 months they said that my submission was invalid. Finally I had to get upset and they told me that they lost my phones and what address did I mail them to. I told them to the address that was on THEIR mailing address! Luckily I had a tracking number from the USPS otherwise they would've just kept telling me my submission is invalid. I'm on my 15th call and I have been on with their online chat three times. I have talked to three different "supervisors", Michael Johnson, ID#51377, Ricardo Matos (he wouldn't give me his employee number and hung up on me) JR ID#7371. I was just transferred to the tracking department and was told they have NO RECORD of my submission again! I need to report them to someone, but who? The FCC? Help!

The att store in High Ridge Mo has the worst customer service I ever had

I have been in this store 3 times now and each time resulted in an hour long wait for service while watching at least 4 customers one day walk out of the store there is no acknowledgement of your presence and the staff chat on and on with the customer they are with relating personal stories ect while you stand there and wait for some type of service there were two people on duty and they didn't seem to care how long you waited or how many people walked out of the store I will never go back there again and wish I had not even purchased anything from there won't ever do it again

Very Fustrated and receiving a credit for a phon | ATT review

My Son had a phone under warranty - did not see the crack in upper left hand corner. - We received a replacement phone for the phone. In that time my original sons phone was sent back for the crack - who to say we did it or they did it. I received a 699.00 bill. I called them and said I received this phone (replacement) does not work and was sent on Sept 9th a label to ship back and would receive a credit. They received the phone on Octo 19th. During this time I have been continuously disconnected. I was paying my current invoice. Been on the phone several times with escalation and disconnected and restarted again with dispute. We pay over $200 for phone service. All started from July 9th, 2017 and now it is October 31st and still not resolved.

Claim denial after tech destroyed by home | ATT review

Details
After a technician drilled one hole to drop a wire, my home is left with partial power, damaged appliances and electronics and myself to pay for it all. The electric company stated we needed to go after AT&T.... Which I ended up doing.. Since the technicians boss stated his employee followed proper protocol (he wasn't here at anytime to observe proper protocol) Sedgwick says they aren't liable. Just wanted to add as the drilling was going on my son's surge protector blew up and all power was out. But hey he followed proper protocol. Not one person has come out to assess damage other than Georgia Power. How is a denial possible without assessment? The boss coming out after the fact means nothing. This isn't the first case of its kind, so be sure you follow the techs around and watch what they are doing because you may end up with a home worse than mine.

After all the years I was with at@t and then when I awitched to Spectrum At@t charged me an early termination fee of 165.00 I had a refund of thirty some dollars which I have never received After much argueing with me the sent me another statement giving me a refund but the refund was the 165.00 less the thirty some dollars they owed me This was not right as I should never been charged the 165.00 in the first place I feel they still owe me my refund of thirty some dollars I now have Better Business Buerau involved in this but have not heard from them as yet. No phone service for a home that has a wheelchair/bed bound | ATT review

Contacted AT&T lack of customer service department to report a phone outage. After over an hour and a half on the line with them there was no resolution to restore service in a timely manner. They did not care if the need arose to call 911 and my parents had no way to do so. As a nationwide company they were unable to provide service for over 24 hours which is unacceptable. They expect their payments to be on time, but in turn they don't provide timely service.

FOX and NBC Stations gone. | ATT review

These stations has been gone now for over a month now. I was told that negotiations was in progress and that they would be back on soon. I've missed Sunday football on FOX and Sunday night football on NBC. Now I am missing out on the World Series. This is totally *** poor and unacceptable. I will be going to another provider if these stations are not back on soon. Why do I have to enter at least one hundred words? I Just want my stations back that I am paying for. I also want a bigger credit than just ten dollars per month.
