(205) 437-**** calls my parents home phone number repeatedly, and when they answer, it sounds like a fax, very loud beeping numerous times, and then it hangs up. I want it stopped, and I want to know who is responsible for it.

Dispute of bill

I have received a bill from sunrise collections saying i owe at&t 1,352.80. I have written to them twice to say i do not have at&t, i also called your customer service dept.

and spoked to one of your representatives who was extremely helpful i also gave him the phone# in question when he looked it up it was not in my name. As of this morning I'm still getting phone calls from this collections company. The phone number in question is 267 591 **** this is not my phone number. I am writing to you to please check into this as it is very upsetting to me as this company has some personal information which i would never give out.

Also when they call my home it sometimes come up as potential spam. Here is the phone number for sunrise collections 267 703 ****.,thank you for takinf the time to read my complaint and i hope this can be resolved.

In April 2020, some dimwit at AT&T premier support convinced me to switch my wireless carrier to AT&T. At first it seemed a good choice. They were more expensive, but had security features. Internet doesnt work tried calling a TV for Technical Support Ive been on hold for hours and then when I tried Customer Service they tell me to call back during regular business hours the service is slow or doesnt work very irritating not being able to talk to a real person and being put on hold forever this is no way to treat a good long time customer

I called about a land line for my residence. I had one for 30years. Due to COVID I had to move out of state for six months. Now I am back in my residence I called about a line line. Kept getting different departments over seas. They were no help and kept giving me the run around. As a retired Veteran this is awful!

Need phone bill from 1996

I have money owed to me from services in 1996, but in order to claim it I have to have a bill from southwestern bell showing I had services with them at that time . The billing department told me that they could only access bills to 8 years back. So my money owed to me is unclaimable due to their not archiving necessary information on previous accounts past 8 years. WtfAngry

ATT Uverse connection

May 19, 2021 Hello AT&T customer representative: My Internet provider is ATT, and I have a streaming TV system through ROKU. I have been trying to include CNNgo station into my system, and I have to go through an activation code number that is being provided and then is asking for my provider that is ATT U-verse. After all that, I am getting the following answer from ATT An error occurred fulfilling the current request to hppts://zlp42606.vci.att.com/sps/authservice/authentication... THE PROMOTION WAS FREE PHONES 189.00 BILL EVERYMONTH .I vfc was also made to get the Galaxy that i did not order My order qas changed by At&t Rep an i was advised verbatim " I might as well keep the phone since its on the way " I was also promise Pandemic help which was a lie.I called repeatedly to complain about services just to be told another lie an to be charged alot more !! I would like my money back !! For the lies that was told an taking advantage of the poor during this pandemic This Company Mislead an sold me a Services and device that were not what was told in the advertisement which was Free Phones , Bill 189.00 + Promotional $250 Visa gift card after 3 payments .The Federal Trade Commission has advised to request an chargeback for the charges. Fraudulent advertising

I live in a rural area of Maine where the only cell tower near me is AT+T. However, service is still spotty.

So we switched once again to At+T and did it in your Ellsworth, Maine store last fall-

the day before they were to receive the iPhone 2.

We were repeatedly lied to by your staff Jennifer Worcester then and two days ago, by a manager named Mark.

The primary reason we switched from Tmobile had to do with a promotion they were promoting for $200 off from AARP.

There were posters and signs everywhere advertising the promo.

Jenn told us that the credit would show up

on our bill in 2 months. I have checked on my app and called monthly wanting to see where the $200 credit was.

I finally heard there is no record of this promo.

And after spending hours in the store while transfering data, etc.

I asked for the paper work as we were leaving for our

transactions and discount and they refused us any receipts.

Two days ago, we returned to the store and again, Mark at first denied there was such a deal.

But since I recalled everything, he said his boss was in a meeting and he wouldI still got the run around.

Maybe when he does paperwork I will see the money next month.

This is not acceptable.

I am contacting AARP next to complain.

My phone numbers are 207-775-**** and 207-838-****

I have spent hours on hold on the phone with customer service. I want my $200 credit asap please

with no more delays.

And you need to realize there is fraud going on in the Ellsworth, Maine store.
