ATT doesn't apparently appreciate and try to retain existing customers by offering fair prices. Customer care isn't empowered to help. And sadly there is no FIOS in our zip code.

Details
Again, our uverse internet is on half-service mode. We will get 30 seconds of service and then packet loss for 30 seconds. Amazingly enough, we can get uverse phone and internet, but we cannot get uverse tv. How many customers have to leave AT&T before they step up to try to stop the bloodletting?
