It was like going throu *** switching from Verizon to AT&T! I switched because AT&T was cheaper but I'm not sure that's worth what I've been through! They promised discounts that didn't get applied, rebates that would never get mailed to me that I have spent hours calling about and no one knows anything! Long story short, I feel like I've been lied to and scammed to get my business!!!

Since AT&T took over the service has gone down hill. All communications go thru the Philippines, with no help. This must save AT&T a lot of money, so thay can lay off USA workers and give you bad service. Like auto maker bean counters, they figure a few hundred thousand people dissatisfied means nothing.

Trying as hard as I could to fix a problem yesterday I was transferred to ten different people over a 2 hour period and when I got to the 10th person they said wrong department and claimed to be unable to transfer. My worst day off ever. My friends visiting at the time laughed for the whole 2 hours.
