Att - Worst service ever
Switched from T Mobile to AT&T last month with nothing but billing issues. Was on the phone with Customer service for 2 1/2 hours, 6 different agents, got disconnected two times and got to speak with Mary the supervisor but to no avail. ATT IS WAY TOO BIG. Wish someone do something about them.

Dvr never EVER works. Had it replaced last week, guess what? Stopped working again!!!!!! No surprise!!! If I could give a negative star review, that’s what would happen!!!
