Internet has been absent all of one day (April 11) and for much of April 10 and 12. It departed this afternoon as well, but is now back on . Our speed is 1.25 mb for downloads and 22 k for uploads.
This is unacceptable.

In addition, I keep getting cell phone messages about excessive usage, which is a result of the unavailability of your internet service to my WiFi modem. And then you have the gall to charge me $15 for overages, multiple times in a month.
Because this response is too short, I shall reiterate my complaints. Internet is frequently absent in my house at odd times. It could be 10:30 am or 2:00 pm or 3:00 am. We are paying premium prices for *** service here. Is that enough words?
