I am mentally stressed out to the max! AT&T DIRECTV is UNETHICAL, DECEPTIVE.

NEVER agreed to autopay or paperless billing. At&t took without any authorization $195.00 from my bank account. NEVER did I authorize on Monday, 10/01/18. I've contacted this AT&T, Dirctv every month, daily via telephone and online chat.

They've increased our monthly bill every month and decreased the quality of service. They lie, steal and cheat consumers. Thursday, 10/4/18, Case Manager Shantahl, 214.532.6942 called from President Randall Stephenson, ATT President. No email and no phone number provided to speak with the president.

Shatahl called to the account right now, internet added $20.00 month bill, placed on 9/8/2018. No help offered by Shantahl, she will have Horrible horrible horrible service. To NEVER have autopay or paperless billing put in place by ATT, Dirctv. To be reimbursed $1000 of dollars for hiking up my bills.

To increase quality and not throttle or slow down our mobile data, internet data, and give back our TV sports stations. They have lied, lied, lied.
