I called ATT customer service at 800-288-2020 atleast 5 times and i was given the run around each time. I am still being billed on my old internet account.
i had called couple of months back to get it cancelled but it has not been done. whose fault is it? i was also told that there is nothing they can do to help. Now i am double billed and when i try to ask if it can be corrected, i get the run around.
i will get another ISP and NEVER recommend ATT to anyone! Stay away from AT&T!
