you call att&t and it takes over 30 minutes for a customer service rep. to pick up the phone and when they do, they transfer you about 4 to 5 other different rep because no one knows what they are doing.
they put in a contact even tho it was never mentioned to you and expect you to pay and cancellation fee.att&t really have poor customer service with very little knowledge.
and they wonder why most ppl dont have home phone service. if possible avoid att&t has much as possible, dont call without a full battery
