you call att&t and it takes over 30 minutes for a customer service rep. to pick up the phone and when they do, they transfer you about 4 to 5 other different rep because no one knows what they are doing.

they put in a contact even tho it was never mentioned to you and expect you to pay and cancellation fee.att&t really have poor customer service with very little knowledge.

and they wonder why most ppl dont have home phone service. if possible avoid att&t has much as possible, dont call without a full battery

I agree. I have been without Internet service for two weeks.

I've spent 5 hours on the phone, spoken to twenty different reps, been dropped several times, been given out-of-service numbers to call and have had managers who have promised to place orders and return phone calls ..not follow through.

Quite frankly, I'm amazed at the inefficiency and that they are in business. We're ready to cancel all service with them...but I'm on hold!!!
