I've spent nearly 4 hrs talking to 7 reps at AT&T.
They didn't apply a $311.03 payment and now are charging $4 as "late payment", though payment cleared 12 days ago!
Satellite and phone "interrupted" (off!) for 2 days.
We have credit scores of 800+ each and NO "slow" or "late" pays to anyone -- ever.
NO *warning* e-mail or phone call.
We've never been so thoroughly disgusted with a company.
Oh....we use BILL PAY ONLY.
I don't yell/cuss, but I'm ticked!
We will look for options to ditch AT&T.
