ATT called a few years ago and asked if they could bury a fiber optic cable along my back fence. I allowed them to do so...

they had to tear up my garden and promised they would repair the damaged plants. Not much was done.

Now after the freeze the plants I had died back, and it was easy to see that the cable is exposed. I need to make fence repairs, so I wanted to make sure that ATT came out and properly buried their line.

I tried calling and was continually recycled to the same irrelevant phone computers. After 10 tries and various internet attempts, I finally spoke to (Carlos on this sight, and he is trying to help.

I have no complaints with hm)

ATT needs to improve drastically their way of handling customers who need help when the computer phone system is inept in handling such service needs.

I say this and I have two cell phones with the company.

Please get someone who understands how to reorganize your system, so the frustration can be removed from trying to deal with ATT. I need to make fence repairs
