After ordering an upgrade, I went through the trade-in site where they were offering up to $200 for my old phone.3 Weeks later I did not receive any updates nor the money or credit so I called At&t.
After 1 hour over the phone, the lady mentioned that there was a confusion and her manager authorized sending a trade-in credit card for $200. Ten days later no hearing back from At&T nor having received the credit, I called again At&t. After 30 minutes over the phone they wanted me to call somewhere else, I refused and asked to take to a manager.
15 minutes later they finally put a manage on the line who was uninterested in talking to me and keep repeating "I apologize I do not see any notes about us paying you anything".When I asked them to return my phone he replied "I apologize but I cannot return your phone" AT&T STOLE MY PHONE SHAMELESSLY - I AM MOVING MY 4 ACCOUNT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: False promises.
