i order a at&t service on sept,26,2012
The person I spoke with initially to order service provided me with faulty information resulting in a large amount of money differences.he offer me a bundle for 127 $/month (unlimted calling w/features,24mp internet and ufamily plus 400 back visa card with free equipement & installation ,
i found out same day they change the order to different internet speed,i call customer service try to tell them about wht i got offered , they try to help and promise to lower my bill,on sep 10,i log to my email i found out the bill is 274.00$ i called customer srvice i found out they charge me for receiver and activation, Everyone I've spoken to on the phone since then has apologized and agreed with each other about pricing.last call italk to a person he helped me with a credit my acoount and give me 20$ discount for 6 month, i agreed and i still feel not fair whathappen to me they trick customers i call to cancel service i ask for supervisor,asking him to listen to the first call when i made the order for att service ,he told me we wont give u anymore credit stop calling here i try to tell him im not calling to ask for credit
and he hung the phone on me ,How can I contact the company to file a complaint? I realize it may not result in money back, but I would like them to know that someone is providing faulty information. but thats what the supervisor do by hung the phone on me , thats the very bad customer service i ever see ,i need help please
