Had horrible cable service while I was with AT&T. Haven't had service with them for almost 3 months and they are issuing collection letters over $400 for equipment that they received in March.
I have a credit balance and they won't cut me a check. I have even talked to the executive offices and they are giving me the run around. UPS shows they received the equipment. Why do I have to wait until they locate the box at their office?
Everytime I call I get a different answer and the run around about when they are going to send a check.
