Att use to be a good phone service untill they decided customers no longer mattered.My 15 years of loyalty is near over.

They screw me every month and then when i call in they act as if its a hassle to take care of their problem. For several years now i been paying $75 per month for unlim talk text and 3 gig of data. Yes thats way too high. But was paying $150.

They admitted they was screwing me at $150 but when it was time to refund for all the months i paid $150 there was nothing. Now i am trying to see why a walk off the street customer gets cheaper rates. They gove alot of excuses but they are all bs. Like well prepay daya is slower.

Really? What does it run backwards? Because if mine gets any slower it will.

Just give me the 15 year loyal customer same proce as joe blow who walked in today for less.I am bout fed up with this ***
