Long term customer, suffered loss of my daughter bill was over $1000.00 was able to make payment arrangements paid it, now bill is 2 weeks late only $300 and I have to pay it by midnight or service is off I'm so pissed off, really thinking about just switching to any other carrier never missed a payment arrangement I'm just still in shock over this.......

AT&T has NOT refunded my $100 security deposit. I have waited more than the one year I am required to wait and I still haven't received any credit to my account or check. I've called customer service so many times I lost count and everyone gives me a different answer. They are so quick to charge your credit card but they can't help with just one refund??
