ATT - Social security hacked no one helped

I went to add a line to my account only to find someone in another state hacked my social. Att has no security measures if you open an acct online. Been trying to get this resolved since 11 am. Now 7pm still not resolved. Been to two stores and 5 phone calls. No help...

ATT - Terrible customer service

What a waste of time 1hr 45 min. One time transferd to the spanish line because of an ignorant agent. All for a $9 late fee that should never have been there in the first place. Not to mention my account isnt even in my name!!! It comes addressed to a name I dont know. Its my last name but not even close to my first name. Get it together at&t. Geeze!!

ATT - 20 a mouth I don't think so

Galaxy S8 $21 a mouth and add line 20 dollars to att account not telling you your first account has to get a upgrade of 16 dollars then 20 on top of that
