I asked ur customer service person how much my bill is going to increase because my daughter upgraded to an iPhone 8. Your employee ran down all the gigs for an iPhone 10 and when I reminded her that’s it was an 8, she had NO IDEA of what I’ll be billed! I wound up calling a retail att store and they told me how much based on months. Can u not afford to hire people who can speak the same language when it is IMPERATIVE that we get answers? So pissed!

ATT - Lost info from old phones

My husband and I went in this morning to get our son another phone (lost his). We decided to upgrade all our phones. We were there for 3 1/2 hours while the 'tech' supposedly back our old phones up to iCloud. We were assured we wouldn't loose anything. Now my husband and I are not very tech savvy, so we trusted this 'tech'. After leaving the store we noticed that our notes were not on the new phones, nor were any of our apps/games or text messages. Thinking when I got home I could just go to iCloud and download our stuff. Well, I couldn't find the iCloud backup. So I go back to the store (25 miles away) and the 'tech' who helped us was not there. Another employee tried to help and got my old phone and we logged into iCloud on it and apparently the 'tech' who helped us before did NOT do a back up and just transferred our pictures (thank goodness for that). So now, here we are with new phones and none of our notes (which included somethings we cannot get back)! People please make sure the 'tech' you are dealing with knows what they are doing and does what they say! We are both sick about loosing the information we had in our old phones! All the employee could say was I'm sorry! Beware and back up your own phone before going in to trade!!! I wish I had known better!

ATT - Service royal sucks

13 hours in two weeks on the phone being switched to departments internally that had nothing to do with what I was calling about. My issue started a week ago when I decided to drop my cable carrier and go with direct Tv through my carrier for my phone. I have been a valued customer since they were Cingular. I ordered direct tv and was told I can now download the Direct TV app to my iPhone and would not utilize my data at all so I did fir 5 days when I got text messages saying I am over my data plan. That's when my nightmare of untrained customer service people began. Numerous hours names galour of each person who told me something different to only find out the app won't work if you don't have unlimited data plan of course it's all misrepresented so now I have to upgrade to data plan another 60.00 . I went from upgraded my cell phone for my husband and myself since we were do and haven't upgraded in three years to iPhone 7 which by the way cost 689.00 each phone with installment payments added to your bill. So now I'm at nearly 293.00 with my plan and an additional 50 more a month once direct tv is install . Talk about being ripped off . You should be ashamed of your lack of knowledge and skills as customer service representative. Sincerely Donna Harper

I am very disappointed in the way they handled my problem last October I made a claim to the AT & T guarantee for a phone just like the I have iphone 6 Plus, I was sent a new one, return the I had and are charging the phone I returned why the box did not carry the phone and I am not so *** to send the box without the phone why I know it They're going to charge.
