ATT - Customer service is in Phillipines and South America. No Help.

Customer service is in another country. Broken English, dropped calls, time delays, poor reception, and worst of all they have no authority to correct your bill. If you get to the point that they agree your bill is incorrect, they tell you a supervisor will call me back in 2 or 3 days. Called them a dozen times over 4 months and finally had to file suit against AT&T.

ATT - Loss of NFL Channel

Recently found out that we no longer have the NFL Channel. Very upset!! Watched that channel quite frequently. How about lowering our cable TV fees with the loss of this service?? Sounds like the "BOHICAN" plan!!

ATT in Lansing, Michigan - Extra international charges

twice this year I have received bills in excess of $400 for the month, for international charges where I used WhatsApp, somehow it translated to calling direct, BS if you asked me they know what they are doing, how is it that when you FT and you hit it on your last call it goes to FT and not a regular call, this is totally predatory on their part

I think ATT trains their people to lie. How else could they be as completely incompetent as they are?

This is one of the worst corporations hands down. If we had a better government...they would shut this joke of a telecom company down.
