How did AT & T get to be a mega-corporation when they can't even explain their own billing system? Or, figure out that with the elimination of CBS channels from their lineup that customers packages have changed and they need to adjust their pricing accordingly? Or, that their website is constantly experiencing technical difficulties (kind of funny for a tech site). Comcast is awful but AT & T matches them pound for pound in terms of their absolute incompetence. Not only are we cutting our wires but so are our neighbors. Do not become an ATT customer for any reason - you will regret it. Just sayin....

First when they took over it took a half a day 5 phone calls and a ridiculous amount of time just to set up initial account and password. Then I went to sign in to order a movie yesterday and they keep sending you back and forth between sites and making you sign in...

Dvr never EVER works. Had it replaced last week, guess what? Stopped working again!!!!!! No surprise!!! If I could give a negative star review, that’s what would happen!!!

ATT - By far the poorest service

signed up with direct tv after 25 years with Dish, BIG MISTAKE, direct contract is for $75.83 a month, they have been charging me now for many services not received or available to me, after many hours, I mean MANY HOURS, WITH PEOPLE such as Jose, id # JG225H, rhonda, Jennifer, Arthur, maou, nicoy, Danielle, Robin, Kathlyn, Joanna, Glendon, Jeff, Toni id#md6828 all no help, many claim hat they fixed the problem, NONE DID, the red tape and over 11 hours total on the phone they cant even honor their own contract! These reps have been programed to only say whats on their sheets. J.D. Maughon 678-858-2553 I smell a class action suit in the near furture.

ATT in New York, New York - Bad Services, Bad Billing, Bad Customer Support

I have repeated my problems so many times to ATT that my head nearly explodes every time I think about all the hours of my personal time I have wasted speaking to ATT, troubleshooting problems they have caused, etc. and the energy I spend with this service provider. Consequently, I will only tell you my problems with ATT: 1. Television service: video and voice do not sync. Only way to fix is temporary and it requires that I change channels and then change back. Last ATT tech at my house said, "It's just that way." 2. Bad Customer Service: Have spent dozens of hours speaking to multiple foreign agents (very poor English speakers) who never issue credits/adjustments they have promised (warning: always ask for a ticket or service # regarding what you are told by ATT. Better yet try to communicate via ATT's chat function so you can print/save the entire conversation). 3. Bad Billing: Watch your ATT billing. It usually creeps up despite what you were promised. Credit/adjustments almost never issued. Requires customers to call back at least one or more time to get ATT to do what you were promised. That's all I can stand to say...my head is nearing exploding again.
