ATT - Triple charge

Our service was disconnectedcu because we failed to pay our bill. We paid and service was reconnected. Next months bill showed a charge to reconnect x3. ATT refused to remove 2 of the reconnect fees. I’m confused...isn’t this an obvious mistake that can be easily fixed?

ATT - Autopay program scam

ATT - Autopay program scam
October 22, 2018 I received a letter dated Oct 17 stating my husband’s auto payment transaction had an issue and I needed to select another payment method. They give a website - att.com/autopay - for other payment options. They give no phone number. We do not use AT&T.

ATT - Horrible, take money their not suppose

Turned off autopay still took money out of my account, and wont refund it... Then wont even allow me to see that ive stopped it.
