ATT - Technician a no show

Had a service call for 12-4 for direct tv. Wanted them to call me first. That did not happen. Long story short waited for 4 hours just for them to tell me I had to reschedule. The funny thing is they texted my wife’s phone to say they would be here between 12-4. I have everything with ATT(internet,wireless,tv). Been a customer for over 15 yrs. this is the way they treat you

ATT - Triple charge

Our service was disconnectedcu because we failed to pay our bill. We paid and service was reconnected. Next months bill showed a charge to reconnect x3. ATT refused to remove 2 of the reconnect fees. I’m confused...isn’t this an obvious mistake that can be easily fixed?

ATT - Unhappy with AT&T

Called AT&T as soon as I received my bill with last months charges on it. After ckecking my checkbook and saw that I had sent them a payment on the 5th called to let them know I had sent in my payment. Would they drop the late charges? No of course not. They were more concerned trying to get me to pay the bill right then, not even considering had been a customer with them for over 40 years. Now they are sending emails threatening cutting service if payment is not received in 5 days.

ATT - Autopay program scam
October 22, 2018 I received a letter dated Oct 17 stating my husband’s auto payment transaction had an issue and I needed to select another payment method. They give a website - att.com/autopay - for other payment options. They give no phone number. We do not use AT&T.
