Att - Coni opt out

Tried to call the number on the the card I was sent to opt out of cpni. I spoke to a representative who finally told me that the only way to opt out is to go on line. Why have a number you can supposedly call just to be told they can’t help you and then try to sell you more services. ATT is a joke. The absolute worst customer service and the worst at trying to constantly change your service.
