ATT - Been with them for two years it has been the worst company ever .1st year was ok but they added a lot more money on my bill without my knowledge in 2mos my bill was 400 and was paying 125 monthly

So they had me paying for movie channels that I didn't authorize. distraught I notified them about my service they told me they would work with me. They assure me if I would drop my bill down I had to cut my phone service which I had for 35 years. Now they tell me my bill will be 70 a month never happen. So they sent me another bill saying Ill be paying 133 a month .This company is very business

I totally agree with that. All their reward offers and trade in rebate takes hours and hours with jumping from one customer service number to another like a field hockey.

Unfortunately i have locked in but i wouldn't advise anyone. Also i am taking my story to media as this kind of company required a lesson to be learned.

File a complaint with the FCC. I was a customer for more than 20 years (cell & Directv) and cancelled both services not being told I would be billed for the entire month.

I filed a complaint and ATT called me immediately to discuss.

I am getting a refund for both. You can't charge someone for a service you are not providing...that should be illegal!

ATT in Houston, Texas - Worst service EVER

I tried to transfer my service on-line and after 30 minutes of errors, I call ATT. My call was dropped twice before I actually spoke with someone. He tried to transfer my account for me - and received the same errors. He said he would have to cancel my service but offered to transfer me to another team to see if they had options. The lady was laughing from the moment she picked up the phone and was zero help. Worst service ever. I asked for a transcript of the call and was told I had to go online to get. Worst experience - wasted over an hour of my time.

Security questions are all unrecognizable. Being billed two months when I set up automatic billing after this happened before and here we are again. Website is the worst I've ever experienced. I'm 75 years old and this is without a doubt senior abuse. Will change providers ONLY because of customer service and the worst designed website I have ever seen.
