Also, there is no service outside normal business hours. You have to go through several transfers and they ask the same questions and all I want to do is spend a $100 to buy a plan. I tried to do this on line but for some reason my account had a temp block and I called the number and it started my through the same process of menu and nothing and then no agent. I had been a mobile customer and had the same account for 19 years.Over the years I have had a few issues with them but nothing like the issues I had when leaving that service. Literally the worst company ever. They promise one price when you sign up and then blast you with fees for everything. The worst customer service ive ever delt with. I cannot wait till February when i can free myself from this company and get a new internet provider.

Never, they resolved the problem and I am waiting from last 24 hours with the lost phone and disconnected mobile with another phone number. I've been to the Simi Valley Store at least 5x or more.The customer service agents had horrible knowledge when you had a question on your phone or tablet.
