I order new service from att in july 28 2018. I was offered a bundle package of direct tv ultimate package , internet and moble service for no more then $280. The technion didnt even show up the day i scheduled the appt. I called over and over wasted hours on the phone...

ATT in Laredo, Texas - HR Breach of Contract

On January 15, 2017 I placed an order on line with AT&T for Internet service and Direct TV , I was told that the package I ordered was to be $118.00 month for twenty four month with installation free on the internet install and free Directive install. When I received my first bill in later part of January it was charged $50.00 for the internet and $99.00 for installation when I question the AT&T Support they told me that I was wrong it was not free, when I received my next bill in February from At&t/Directv it was to $118.00 + $7.99 insurance but ii had increased $137.60 after. I again called the Customer Service for AT&T talking to their representative after going round and round he agreed to give a one time $25.00 refund for my problems, Got my March bill it went from the 13763 price to 146.43 again they raised my bill too 146.43, Was told by the second rep that they had a increase in January I asked why I wasn't notified she said the sent out email notice on the 16th of Jan. I told her I didn't have an account on that day but it seem they had another increase in Feb also. I been on the phone now waiting for a supervisor for waiting their customer support for more than 1 hour and half, no one will talk to me after my they transferred me twice. I was told the supervisor would be picking up shortly.. Didn't happen..
