What a disgusting company!

Every month my bill goes up. Same or less service. I am told that my monthly fee would be $xx. I have $xx aitomatically paid from my bank at least a week before due date. Of course they bill me for more than $xx so I am in arrears. I pay the 'arrears'

in full. Now they bill me late charge; restoral charge and convienience fee. Total $52.00. So i am in arrears AGAIN. They should change their name to ATT/Greed. Thing is, most of their service is manned by people i do not understand, and, do not understand me. The poor smucks who work the phones see nothing of all the 'convenient' fees they charge.

The already rich guys at the top get richer and richer. There must be another better way. I am not a hateful person, but, i HATE ATT.
