ATT - Rips off their long-term customers

I have a long history with wireless dating back to the days when they acquired Cellular One in the mid or late 90s. Never had a single complaint with Cellular One but it is non-stop complaints with AT&T, beginning about five years ago. The main complaint I have is they have a policy of making the customer pay for their mistakes. And the satisfaction one gets is a luck of the draw depending on which office answers your call. AT&T should fire the personnel in California because they are arrogant and invite long-term people like me to leave. Supervisor Andrew from San Francisco, but caller ID revealed LA, told me that 25-year customer should leave AT&T. I asked to speak to a supervisor because the representative under him was arrogant, as well. No doubt my plan has not been changed, as requested multiple times, creating the standard excuse to charge more. I am going to leave AT&T and anyone considering giving them a try should not. Companies that do not appreciate business need to go out of business. Warning to those contemplating changing internet or Uverse: It does not honor the incentive programs designed to encourage the change.

ATT in Pleasant Hill, California - AT&T double billed me for Internet for my ipad on 2 account numbers.

In January of 2014 I changed my cell phone service to Consumer Cellular, which is a division of AT&T, to save money. CS did not give internet service on my ipad so I had to keep it with AT&T. CS saved me money but lost all of my voicemails costing me a lot of lost business. So I went back to AT&T and they started a new account for me and included my ipad. But they didn't stop the bill for the ipad from before so I was double billed for a year before I figured out I was paying too much. I was also going through a hip replacement and contracted C-dif (which is the runs) for 9 months after getting too much antibiotics. So AT&T tells me I can only get 3 months of refund due to their policy. They still owe me $300 so I am trying to take them to small claims court but I have no agent of service to send the process to. I guess I will have to go through the month it takes the state to get back to me.

ATT - Worst experience with any company ever, period.

I would need a book or better yet a whole season of a sitcom to begin to tell the insanity of AT&T service. 2 months later, about 50 phone calls, and numerous techs to my house just to get better than 5meg (yes, I said 5) for $75 per month. Keep in mind that is *** DSL only. No phone, no TV, no cell. Their customer service can not help because they do not understand you enough to properly answer nor complete your order. 2 months later I have been billed for services I never received, they cut off my DSL and don't give a ***.

ATT shortchanged me by 2 weeks

For years my billing date was the 21st or 22nd of the month. In Nov 2016, ATT changed their billing date to the 9th of the month. My payment for a full month came out of my account Nov 22, and two weeks later, on Dec 9, I had to pay for another full month. Customer service went into a long explanation about changing the date. When I asked to speak to someone who could help me, the agent sent me to direct TV customer service although she knew I don't have direct TV. I don't care why ATT changed their billing date. All I care about is that when I pay for a full month of service, I get a full month of service.

I live in a rural area and have been with Att since the 90,s. Our only choice for services are att.

We decided to shut off our landline with them but keep the DSL service. They shut off my DSL too. I called them back and rep was suppose to have DSL back on by next Tuesday which came and went. Called on Wednesday and informed them no internet.

Localities said it had never been set up to turn back on. Localities set it up last Wednesday this is now week 3 was suppose to be on today... no internet on yet!! Apparently someone was to call with a new account number and that never happened.

This is incompetent employees that pass you off to wrong departments or don't actually do what they say they have done!! Total nightmare

I haven charged 6 M bps for $41 with tax for months, after I complain technical U internet problems, billing rep offer me promotion for 24 M bps for the same cost for six month, as soon as it pass the three months, the price goes double if 24 M bps for $120 without any notification, Please have investigation on customer billing. I had AT&T install High Speed Internet Service. The Installer told me I had Unlimited Usage And Service. Then all of sudden AT&T decided to change the rules in the middle of the ball game! Now they put a limited Usage of 150 Gigabytes on my account, Which raised my bill way up? When I called and told them about they said they changed that policy but they didn't no when?
