I thought that I was never going to deal with at&t ever again but since they install a new fiber optic here in el monte I really thought that I was going to have better speeds than spectrum cable, boy was I was wrong, I get a no internet connection a lot and it takes a while for the pages to load, if you get at&t remember is at your own risk

ATT - Non existent

Tomorrow I’ll be calling the Michigan Better Business bureau on AT&T. I had a verbal contract with them to pay only 20 dollars for internet with my tv package for a one year contract and a couple weeks later they hiked my internet to 30 dollars! I have a feeling that if I decided to break our contract they would still expect the fee associated with that!! So why can they break the agreement? ATT's moving consumer to "CURRENTLY" UNWANTED & LOUSY !! First of all the BEGIN ATT page allowed consumers to customize with options, NOT AVAILABLE on CURRENTLY. Another NO OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS who are stuck with ATT phone svs because they have also SCREWED UP OUR PHONE SERVICE , AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS to CORRECT. To add to aggravation ATT will ONLY refund us by BILLING CREDITS. We've already switched Internet to XFINITY COMCAST as result of ATT LACK OF CUSTOMER SVS!!!.

INTERNET.... I would do better with a tin can and some string! Constantly drops wifi signal and I mean constantly! I have to reboot internet and the computer... They also charge way too much money! Apparently I am putting some Shareholders child through college! I will be getting rid of them and will be signing up with another internet service.. I also dodged a bullet.. I was thinking about getting Universal.. and see that they are having issues with missing channels and nobody is helping out consumers.

ATT - Billed for Wi-Fi equipment after being assured it was free of charge.

Called directv on 04/17/19 to cancel. Loyalty dept. offered great deal on equip. upgrade & wifi bundle. Cust. service told me all equipment and installation would be free. After tech. installed cables, router, etc. he went to vehicle came back with 2 small boxes. Told me I needed them for better wifi coverage. I asked him how much cost he said none. No bill until more than 7 wks. later ( am sending att bill for late fee). Charge on bill of $105.98 for wifi extenders. Called cust. service twice ,complete waste of time. Transfered to loyalty dept. once, he hung up on me! I will absolutely never pay this charge. Customer (directv) since 2000

ATT in Bloomingdale, Illinois - Billing and customer service problem.

I cancelled by Direct Tv and kept internet. I got billed for 1 month for Tv service I did not have. I made several attempts to correct bill and they have just transferred me from person to person and have not corrected bill. I have been overcharged and they are unwilling to help me.

ATT - Does AT&T actually provide access to the internet?

AT&T has implemented a cap in my area. No new DSL customers are being accepted. They also aren't providing u-verse. This is ridiculous. They are the only ISP in my area. I would be happy with 1 Mbps down. Currently, I have nothing. Their lines are in my yard, but they won't give me access. They receive federal funds to provide access to rural customers. It seems like they put that money towards implementing U-Verse for the people that already had DSL. According to some of my neighbors, they have been waiting years for AT&T to provide DSL down our road. When I go online and look up information about other people waiting on DSL from AT&T, it becomes clear. I am extremely disappointed in AT&T and the FCC for letting this happen.

ATT internet commercial disturbs me

I find the ATT commercial in which the parents won't let their teenage son go to visit a friend, to play video games, very disturbing. They make it sound like your choice of internet service is a serious social issue. The parents' reaction makes it seem like they are discussing a moral issue, or maybe even some prejudice that they are inflicting on their son. At the least, it sounds snobby, as though using cable instead of ATT internet means the friend's parents have something mentally wrong with them.
