Ive been living on the same llace 16 years. Cell phone service is getting worse rather than better. Even when I call ATT, they kept saying so much static on the line,couldn't hear me. Well duh, thats why i called.

ATT - Constant Network issues and bad indoor coverage

I have nothing good to say about AT&T Wireless and their service. From the foreign customer service to the network service itself. Nothing with them is good or high quality. If you have one of their MVNO's, they are even worse. I have had problems for a long time with their reception. Even in high population areas. I agree with their other reviewers who say they have problems with their signal. Their data is slow and call quality is awful. You always have a hard time hearing the other party. Text messages don't always go through or are very slow sending or receiving. Go with Verizon, their service is so much better and so is their coverage. AT&T needs to improve on their inside coverage inside of buildings and garages.

ATT in Mansfield, Texas - Misleading BOGO

Att was running a BOGO for iPhone XR in April when opening a new line. I purchased the 2 phones and opened a line that I could use for work. I showed an XR 64 but I purchased 2 of the 254's since it stated that only a maximum of $750 would be applied. When purchasing the phone it did not state that the 254's were not eligible. I just found that out when I called to ask why the credit had not been applied within the 3 billing cycles. This practice is very misleading and in my opinion fraudulent. Then you cannot cancel the line until regular business hours. Due to their misleading practices, I will be cancelling UVERSE, INTERNET, AND THE EXTRA LINE. I SPEND $700 A MONTH WITH THEM AND HAVE FOR YEARS BUT NO THEY HAVE GONE TOO FAR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ATT

I have prepaid att I was paying $45 a month because I’m on auto pay and get the discount. But the past 3 months I’ve been charged $60 each month. I should only be paying $45, so that’s a $45 refund or credit I need back. I don’t understand why I’m being charged so much. Customer service is horrible help?

Hello & sorry to hear about your AT&T issues. Requirements for unlocking AT&T phones: Your device isn't reported lost or stolen, or involved with fraud.

You must complete your contract or installment plan (including early termination fees). Or, pay off an installment plan early and then make another unlock request in 24 hours. Your device isn't active on another AT&T account. If you upgraded early, wait 14 days to unlock your old device.

To try Unlocking, please go to www.att.com/deviceunlock You could look at Cricket Wireless or many other less expensive NO CONTRACT PREPAY services. Please check to see if they have good coverage where you will be using it first. If you would like to keep your existing phone number, you could PORT your phone number so you don't have to get a NEW Phone Number. Whichever NEW Phone Company you decide should assist you in the PORTING PROCESS.
