My phone and Wi-Fi service has been out for exactly one week.After over 10 phone calls to AT&T and 4 appointments that were never fulfilled by the company AT&T is definitely deceptive in their practices. DON'T TRUST AT&T. THEY WILL RIP OFF. They customer person taht I spoke to to set up my account told me I would have one orice for everything that we talked about on the phone for 2 years. Really bad support for same thing that was no are foul, got disconnected and not event a temporary re store my phone line to fix AT&T mess after 12 or 15 years of service and clean records

I think it's ridiculous that if you have unlimited data you can't get the mobile hotspot. They basically want you not to have unlimited data and use the hotspot to go over your data. I should be able to have a hotspot on my device if I'm paying extra for unlimited data.
